The unique nature of designing for a website and creating custom artwork dictates that prices be custom tailored as well.  Pricing for a website is estimated by the project and the functionality required.  Work by the hour is very competitive at $25.

As an example only, a single web page for resume or business contact info can be as little as $100.  Small websites of 2-5 pages cost about $300 with each additional page thereafter at $50. Medium sized websites of 6+ pages with photo galleries and other multi page features start at $350.  

It is almost always a better value to estimate cost by the project rather than by the hour.
